Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled yet by our warehouse, we can process a cancellation for you. Kindly contact our team immediately at [email protected]. Unfortunately, however, if your order has already been packed, we will be unable to process this request. 

We do not offer any order changes at this time. 

Can I change my delivery address?

If you have made an error, please contact our team immediately at [email protected]

We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround so we are unable to guarantee that all address change requests will be able to be actioned.

Please note that if you have made an error on your address at checkout and your parcel is dispatched to the incorrect location we will not be held liable and we will not refund or resend your order unless in the event that your parcel is returned to our fulfillment facility. Should your parcel be returned to us our team will contact you to arrange for your parcel to be shipped to your nominated address.
