Shipping to Australia?

Your order will be sent from our Australia warehouse with Australia Post. You can input your tracking number in the Australia Post site linked here.

Shipping to New Zealand?

Your order will be sent from Australia with Australia Post, with the final delivery being made by NZ Post. You can view your tracking information on both the Australia Post and NZ Post sites, however please note that NZ Post will have more accurate delivery estimates and information once the parcel is received by them. 

Also please note that NZ Post may not display information for your parcel until it has been scanned in by them upon arrival into New Zealand.

Shipping to the US?

Your order will be sent from our San Diego, CA warehouse with USPS. You can input your tracking number in the USPS site linked here.

Shipping to Canada?

Your order will be sent from our San Diego, US warehouse with USPS or FedEx. 

If your parcel is sent with FedEx, you can input your tracking number on the FedEx website here.

If your parcel is sent with USPS, the final delivery of your parcel will be made by Canada Post. You can view your tracking information on both the USPS and Canada Post sites, however please note that Canada Post will have more accurate delivery estimates and information once the parcel is received by them. 

Also please note that Canada Post may not display information for your parcel until it has been scanned in by them upon arrival into Canada.
