Can I request a refund?

We will process returns for products that have been returned unopened, unused, and in a resellable condition within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

We will only process returns for the below reasons. 

  • Change of mind 
  • Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect item
  • Allergic Reaction

You can either choose to receive a full refund or 110% store credit.

Can I request an exchange?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges.

If you’d wish to process a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and provide your order number.

How long should a refund take to reach me?

Once a refund has been processed you should receive a refund notification via email. Funds can take up to 5 business days to reach your account after the refund has been processed.  

Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used when the order was placed.
