What's happening to the Bronze Squad loyalty program?
We're closing the Bronze Squad rewards program on Friday 1 May 2026 (AEST). It's been a joy having you along for the ride — and we wanted to make sure you have plenty of time to use up your points before then. Any unredeemed points will expire at midnight AEST on 1 May 2026.
Can I still earn points?
No — the program is no longer accepting new members or awarding new points. If you're an existing member, your current balance is locked in and ready to redeem. That's all yours to use before 1 May 2026.
Can I still join the Bronze Squad?
The program is closed to new members. If you haven't already joined, you won't be able to enrol — but there's somewhere even better to be. Join our Glow Seekers Facebook group — it's where the Lunaverse lives, and where we share the good stuff first. 🌙
How do I redeem my points before the program closes?
Log into your account, head to the rewards section, and choose your reward. Once you redeem, you'll receive a coupon code to use at checkout — and the good news is your coupon won't expire for 180 days, so there's no pressure to use it straight away. Here's what's on offer:
- 20 points → 10% off your order
- 40 points → 15% off your order
- 80 points → Free standard shipping (up to $12)
- 125 points → 20% off your order
- 200 points → 30% off your order
Do I have to use my coupon straight away?
Not at all. Once you've redeemed your points for a coupon, you'll have 180 days to use it — so you can redeem now and shop when the time feels right. Just make sure you redeem your points before the program closes on 1 May 2026, as unredeemed points (not yet converted to a coupon) will expire at that point.
What happens to my points if I don't redeem them by 1 May 2026?
Any points not redeemed by midnight AEST on 1 May 2026 will expire and won't be recoverable. We'd hate for them to go to waste — so if you've got a balance, now's a great time to convert them into a coupon and treat yourself whenever you're ready.
I'm a US or Canadian customer — what happens to my points?
Your points will be migrated across to your account on our new US or Canadian store. Please note that once migrated, points can be redeemed for coupons but no further points will be earned going forward — the loyalty program is closing across all stores. We'll be in touch with more details about your migration soon.
Will there be a new loyalty program in the future?
We're not saying never — we may come back bigger and better down the track. In the meantime, the best place to be is our Glow Seekers Facebook group. I have a very small points balance — can I still redeem something?
Yes! We've lowered our minimum redemption threshold so that even a balance of 20 points gets you 10% off. If your balance is under 20 points, we're sorry — we know that's frustrating. Thank you for being part of the Lunaverse regardless. 🌙

The Bronze Squad loyalty program closes at midnight AEST on Friday 1 May 2026. Points must be redeemed before this time. Unredeemed points will not be carried over or compensated after this date (except for US and Canadian members whose points are being migrated to new regional stores). Coupon codes generated from point redemptions are valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
