How long should a refund take to reach me?Updated 2 years ago

Once a refund has been processed you should receive a refund notification via email. Funds can take up to 5 business days to reach your account after the refund has been processed.  

Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used when the order was placed.

Our team can assist you by providing evidence of the refund being processed, however, if you cannot locate your refund, you will need to reach out to your financial institution for them to investigate further.
