How long does a return take?

It can take up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and once it has we'll drop you an email to confirm we've received your returned parcel and the details of your refund or store credit.

Please make sure you allow the full timeframe of 14 business days for your return to be processed, even if your tracking indicates that the parcel has reached our warehouse.

When will I receive my refund or store credit?

We will email you to confirm once your refund has been processed. After that, depending on your bank or card issuer the refund may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Store credits are issued in the form of a Luna Bronze eGift card and will be issued within 14 days of your item being received by us. The eGift card will be delivered to your inbox by email and is available to use at immediately. 

Haven't heard from us in 14 business days?

If you haven't received an email from us about your refund or store credit after 14 business days, please first check your junk/spam folder then get in touch with our Customer Support team. Please make sure that you let us know your order number, items being returned and the return tracking information.
