How long does a return take?

It can take 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. Once it has, we'll drop you an email to confirm we've received your returned parcel and the details of your refund or store credit.

Please make sure you allow the full timeframe of 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, even if your tracking indicates that the parcel has reached our warehouse.

When will I receive my refund or store credit?

We will email you to confirm once your refund has been processed. After that, depending on your bank or card issuer the refund may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Store credits are issued directly to your customer account, once you login you will see the store credit available to use towards another purchase with Luna Bronze. If you do not have a current customer account, you can sign up via the link here and your store credit will be waiting for you. Your store credit is valid for 12 months. 

Haven't heard from us in 14 business days?

If you haven't received an email from us about your refund or store credit 5 business days after your parcel has been delivered to our warehouse, please first check your junk/spam folder then get in touch with our Customer Support team at [email protected]. Please make sure that you let us know your order number, items being returned and the return tracking information.
