Overview
Throughout May 2026, Luna Bronze is donating a portion of consolidated net profits from eligible online sales to three skin cancer charities — one in each of our key markets. This initiative is close to our hearts. Luna Bronze was founded after our co-founder Maddy’s personal experience with skin cancer, and giving back to the organisations doing this important work is something we’re proud to do.
The three recipient charities are:
- The Skin Cancer Foundation (US) — Registration: AG CT0144217
- Canadian Skin Cancer Foundation (Canada) — Registration: 869370106 RR 0001
- Skin Check Champions (Australia) — ABN: 14 633 056 149
Donations will be split evenly between all three charities.
Eligible Sales
This promotion applies to online purchases made at lunabronzetanning.com, lunabronze.com.au and lunabronze.ca only during the promotional period of 1–31 May 2026.
The following are excluded from the promotion:
- In-store purchases
- Wholesale orders
- Third-party marketplace sales (e.g. Amazon, retail partners)
How the Donation is Calculated
The donation is based on consolidated net profits across Luna Bronze’s US and Australian entities, derived from eligible online sales during May 2026.
Net profit is defined as:
- Total eligible online revenue
- Less: cost of goods sold
- Less: transaction and payment processing fees
- Less: shipping and fulfilment costs
- Less: applicable taxes (including GST where relevant)
The final donation amount is calculated at Luna Bronze’s sole discretion. Our team will consolidate figures across both entities following the close of the promotional period.
What Happens If There Is No Net Profit?
If consolidated net profits from eligible sales are zero or negative during the promotional period, no donation will be made. Luna Bronze is not obligated to make a donation in the event of no net profit.
We will always be transparent about the outcome - see the ‘Announcement’ section below.
Announcement & Donation Timeline
The total donation amount will be calculated, announced, and donated within 60 days of 31 May 2026 - that’s no later than 30 July 2026.
We will announce the outcome via:
- The Luna Bronze website
- Email to our subscriber community
Donations will be transferred directly to each registered charity within the same 60-day window.

- This promotion is conducted by Luna Bronze Pty Ltd.
- Luna Bronze reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
- The Australian component of this promotion is conducted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and relevant state and territory regulations.
- The US component is subject to applicable US laws and regulations.
- The Canadian component is subject to applicable Canadian laws and regulations.
- Luna Bronze’s decision regarding the final donation amount is final.
