Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Luna Bronze glow. If something is not right, we are here to help and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Who We Are
This policy is operated by:
Luna Bronze Pty Ltd (ACN: 606 681 770) - responsible for all orders and returns from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Feel Good Bronzing Inc (EIN: 98-1793711) - responsible for all orders and returns from the United States.
Luna Bronze Pty Ltd and Feel Good Bronzing Inc are collectively known as “Luna Bronze” throughout this policy.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of purchase.
Where required by law, we will provide remedies in accordance with those statutory obligations.
If there is any inconsistency between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, we may accept a return provided that:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original, re-sellable condition
It is returned within 30 days of delivery
It was purchased directly from www.lunabronzetanning.com
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on opened or used products, tanning accessories or merchandise.
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the product purchase price only. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
If a returned item is found to be opened, used, damaged or not in re-sellable condition, the return may be declined.
Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe your product is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or not as described, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery at:

Clear photo evidence
We may request additional information or require the product to be returned for assessment before determining an appropriate remedy.

Where required by law, or where a fault is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Important Note on Self Tanning Products
Self tanning results can vary depending on individual skin tone, undertone, preparation, application method and skin condition.
Variation in colour result alone does not automatically indicate a product defect.
Our team is always happy to provide guidance to help achieve the best possible result.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for change of mind returns.
If a sale item is faulty, damaged or not compliant with applicable consumer protection laws, it will be handled in accordance with the “Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items” section above.
Photo evidence may be required.
Third-Party Purchases
Only products purchased directly from www.lunabronzetanning.com are eligible for return under this policy.
If you purchased Luna Bronze products from a retailer or marketplace, please contact that seller directly regarding their return policy.
Your statutory rights against that seller may still apply.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address incorrectly supplied at checkout. Refunds or replacements may not be available in these circumstances.
