Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you’re absolutely glowing after using our range of sunless tanners! However, if something isn’t right, Luna Bronze is here to help and will do everything possible to make it right.


Who We Are

This policy is operated by:

  • Luna Bronze Pty Ltd (ACN: 606 681 770) - responsible for all orders and returns from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

  • Feel Good Bronzing Inc (EIN: 98-1793711) - responsible for all orders and returns from the United States.

Luna Bronze Pty Ltd and Feel Good Bronzing Inc are collectively known as “Luna Bronze” throughout this policy.


Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns, unless they are faulty or damaged.
Photo evidence must be provided to support your claim.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your order, we’re happy to help provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original, re-sellable condition

  • It is returned within 30 days of delivery

  • It was purchased directly from www.lunabronzetanning.com

We cannot accept returns of opened or used products, or of tanning accessories and merchandise unless faulty.

Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund for the product cost only (excluding shipping).

If the product is found to be opened, used, damaged, or not in resellable condition, the return will be rejected.

You are responsible for all return postage costs. Luna Bronze is not liable for lost or undelivered return parcels, so please use a tracked and insured postal service.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery at

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence (required)

If confirmed, we will either:

  • Replace the item free of charge; or

  • Issue a 110% store credit.

Refunds are not generally offered for these cases unless required by law.

Where required, Luna Bronze will provide a prepaid return label. Once your return is received, we’ll issue the replacement or credit promptly.


Responsibility for Returns

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Please:

  • Package your items securely,

  • Retain proof of postage and tracking, and

  • Contact us if your parcel appears delayed.


Third-Party Purchases

Only products purchased directly from www.lunabronzetanning.com are eligible for return under this policy.

If you purchased a Luna Bronze product from another retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.


Incorrect Mailing Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once dispatched, we may not be able to change it.

Luna Bronze is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address and cannot issue refunds or replacements in these cases.


Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under:

  • Australian Consumer Law,

  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015,

  • or equivalent consumer protection laws in New Zealand, Canada, or the United States.

These rights include remedies if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
