Can I change my delivery address?Updated 2 months ago

If you have made an error, please contact our team immediately via the Contact Us form or by using the chat box on the bottom left-hand side of our site. 

Provided you are contacting us within our business hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Sydney, Australia AEST/AEDT), we may be able to intercept your order prior to being processed by our fulfilment team and update your address however this is not guaranteed.

We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time, so we are unable to guarantee that all address change requests will be able to be actioned.

Please note that if you have made an error on your address at checkout and your parcel is dispatched to the incorrect location, we will not be held liable and we will not refund or resend your order unless in the event your parcel is returned to our fulfilment facility. 

Should your parcel be returned to us, our team will contact you to arrange for your parcel to be shipped to your nominated address. Any subsequent re-ships will attract a handling fee of $10.
