Our fulfilment teams are super speedy, we’re unable to make changes to orders once they’ve been placed.
If your order hasn’t yet been fulfilled, you may be able to cancel it by contacting us at [email protected]. Our Customer Support team is online between 8:30am – 5:30pm PDT, so if your request comes through outside of these hours, we may not be able to action it in time before your order is processed.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it - but you’re always welcome to reach out to us once it arrives, and we can help you organise a return.
