Can I change or cancel my order?Updated a month ago

Due to system limitations (and because our fulfilment teams are so speedy!), we are unable to process order changes once your order has been placed. 

Provided your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may be able to cancel your order by heading to the Self Service portal and selecting Cancel. 

Please note that our team is based in Sydney, Australia so not all order cancellation requests can be processed in time. If your order has already been processed by our fulfilment team, we will be unable to cancel your order. 

Should you wish to return your parcel once received, you may lodge a return in the Self Service portal.
