We will only process returns for the below reasons:

Change of mindItem must be unused, unopened and undamaged. Excludes sale items. Within 30 days of delivery
Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect itemPhoto of the reported issue must be provided to Luna Bronze within 7 days of delivery.Within 7 days of delivery
Allergic reaction
Within 30 days of delivery

If your return is approved by Luna Bronze, you can choose to receive either a refund (excluding shipping costs) or a 110% store credit.

To initiate a return, head to the Self Service portal and input your email address and order number. From there you will be able to request a Return by selecting ‘Return’ and locating your order number.
