We will only process returns for the below reasons:

Change of mind | Item must be unused, unopened and undamaged. Excludes sale items. | Within 30 days of delivery |
Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect item | Photo or video of the reported issue must be provided to Luna Bronze within 7 days of delivery. | Within 7 days of delivery |

If your return is approved by Luna Bronze, you can choose to receive either a refund (excluding shipping costs) or a 110% store credit.
