Orders are shipped from our US warehouse during business hours, Monday - Friday, and are sent via USPS First Class Package Service or DHL with an estimated delivery time frame of 1-5 business days. 

Orders shipped with our expedited 1 & 2 day shipping options typically arrive within the promised timeframe. While the tracking information may display a longer estimated delivery time, this is often a precautionary measure by the postal service. 

Please note orders placed with 1 or 2 day shipping options will be shipped on the same business day or the next business day, depending on what time of day your order is placed*. Orders that are placed on a weekend or US federal holiday with 1 or 2 day shipping options, will ship on the next possible business day.

*All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day.
