Orders are dispatched from our Toronto warehouse during business hours, Monday - Friday, and are sent via Canada Post with an estimated delivery time frame of 1-10 business days for standard delivery, depending on your delivery location. Please note that most standard parcels have an average transit time of 3 days. 

Orders shipped with our expedited 1 & 2 day shipping options typically arrive within the promised timeframe. While the tracking information may display a longer estimated delivery time, this is often a precautionary measure by the postal service.

Please note that the timeframe estimates provided above for delivery are estimates only and Luna Bronze does not have any control over the delivery schedule once your order has been dispatched. For up to date accurate shipping time frames, please refer to the local carriers' website in your area.  

Please also note that during busy sales periods, Luna Bronze may opt to split your shipment from multiple fulfilment locations, or ship your order from a different location than your closest. This will be at no additional cost to yourself and will aim to be delivered in a comparable timeframe.
