What is Pre-Order?

When an item is available for pre-order, it means that it is not currently in stock but can be reserved in advance for future delivery. Pre-ordering allows you to secure the item before it becomes available to the general public.

No Split Shipments Policy

Please note that we do not offer split shipments for pre-order items. If you wish to purchase other products along with your pre-ordered item, we encourage you to place separate orders for each.

Flexibility on Dispatch Date

While we aim to meet the dispatch date provided, circumstances beyond our control may arise, leading to potential delays. We appreciate your understanding in such instances. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any changes to the dispatch schedule.

Returning Pre-Order Items

Once the pre-ordered item has been dispatched and delivered to your specified address, you have the option to return it for a full refund within 30 days, in accordance with our returns policy. Please refer to our returns policy, linked here, for detailed information on the return process and any applicable conditions.

We anticipate that our Glow Gradual Tanning Moisturiser will begin dispatching from Monday, 29th April 2024. However, please keep in mind that this date is an estimate and subject to change.
