My parcel got returned to senderUpdated a month ago

If you have made an error on your address at checkout and your parcel is dispatched to the incorrect location, or if your parcel is returned to us due to it not being picked up from your postal office within the designated time frame, we will not be held liable and we will not refund or resend your order unless your parcel is returned to our warehouse.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, our Customer Support team will contact you to arrange for your parcel to be shipped to the correct address, however please note that this may incur a handling fee of $10. This is to cover the costs of shipping and for our warehouse team to sort and repack your parcel.

Please note that we are unable to reship returned parcels until they have been physically received at our warehouse.
