Store credits at Luna Bronze are issued directly to your customer account for easy access and use. Here’s how you can view and utilise your store credit:

1. Login to Your Account: Store credits are linked to your customer account. Simply log in to your account on the Luna Bronze website here.

2. View Your Store Credit: Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard. You will see your available store credit displayed prominently.

3. New Customer? Sign Up: If you're a new customer without an existing account, you can sign up here. Your store credit will be applied to your new account upon creation (as long as it matches the email you have received the store credit against)

4. Validity Period: Please note that your store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
